- We do not promise arrival times or availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but schedules vary.
- We do not decide insurance outcomes. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
How We Are Paid
Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when we send them a homeowner inquiry. You do not pay Knockthomas Walk-In Tubs to be matched. The price you agree to is between you and the provider, and you should always get it in writing.
