Knockthomas Walk-In Tubs wants knockthomas.lat to work for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Target Standard

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

We try to:

• Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
• Keep text large, with strong color contrast
• Make every page usable by keyboard
• Lay out pages to read well on phones, tablets and desktops
• Write in plain, simple language
• Label form fields clearly and keep forms short

Known Gaps

Some parts of the site may still fall short of these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We review the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
