Areas Served in New Lenox and Nearby
Knockthomas Walk-In Tubs connects homeowners in New Lenox and across the New Lenox area with independent providers of walk-in tubs, tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in showers. The region shares one set of conditions, so the same planning questions come up in most homes.
Winters are cold, with deep frost. Summers run hot and humid. Severe thunderstorms, hail and spring flooding are part of the calendar. Many houses are frame-built and decades old. Many sit over full basements with sump pumps. Bungalows and ranch homes are common.
Those facts shape a bathing project. Older floors can hide soft spots that only show once a tub comes out. Humidity keeps a bathroom damp, so ventilation and sealed joints matter. A basement bath needs a drainage plan in case the sump pump stalls. A provider who works locally knows these patterns and can price the job with them in mind.
Coverage varies by town and by provider. The list of locations on this site shows the communities in the network. Find yours, then ask a provider whether they reach your address and when they could visit.
