We aim to confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
